In the morning we went to Edinburgh Castle. I’m gonna be
honest, neither of us loved it because there were so many tourists it was hard
to enjoy. We did enjoy the people watching because they had a military service
that day and it was fun to watch all the people in their different getups.
After the castle we went to lunch next door to Le Monde (our
friend from the previous day showed it to us, we never would have found it
without him) call The Dome. It used to be the Bank of Scotland and it was
gorgeous. Gigantic flower arrangements, ornate chandeliers, beautifully
decorated, and actually not as expensive as it looks! We both had a soup and
salad and walked across the street for some shopping! We finally make it to our
favorite British designers and made just a few purchases J
After we were done we hopped into the car a drove to
Manchester. On the way we spotted a fish and chips place and decided to try the
local cuisine!
